Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete the data associated with your use of PixelAd at any time. This page explains what we hold, how to request deletion, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

PixelAd does not require an account, so there is no in-app delete button tied to a login. Send us a request and we will action it manually.

  1. Email support@pixelad.app with the subject line“Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Tell us the platform you use (Android or iOS) and, if you have it, the approximate date you last used the app. This helps us locate the right records.
  3. We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required under GDPR.

What gets deleted

PixelAd does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, or payment card details. The data we can hold and delete is listed below.

  • App usage and diagnostic records associated with your device, deleted within 30 days.
  • Support correspondence you have sent us, deleted within 30 days unless we are required to retain it to resolve an open dispute.
  • Crash and performance diagnostics, deleted within 30 days.
  • Images you upload for processing: see the section below.
  • Purchase and subscription records, held by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by PixelAd. See the note below.

Images you upload

Images you upload are processed to generate your ad, using third-party image hosting and AI generation services acting as our processors. They are not used to train AI models without your consent.

If you want an image removed, email us at support@pixelad.app and include the approximate date and time you generated it so we can identify it. We will remove it from the services we control and request removal from our processors where applicable.

Data held by other companies

Some purchase and store data is held by Google Play or the Apple App Store and is governed by their own privacy policies. We cannot delete records held by those companies on your behalf, so you will need to contact them directly.

Alongside deletion, you can also ask us to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct data that is inaccurate
  • Restrict how we process your data
  • Receive your data in a portable format, where applicable
