PixelAd (“PixelAd,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when using the PixelAd mobile application and related services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information PixelAd collects, how we collect it, why we use it, when we share it with third parties, how long information is retained, and how you can request deletion of your information or withdraw applicable consent.
By using PixelAd, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where PixelAd requires your permission to process or share personal data, we will request your permission before performing that processing.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use PixelAd, we may collect or process the following information:
Images and User Content
When you use PixelAd’s AI image-generation or image-editing features, you may provide:
- Images selected from your Photo Library
- Images captured using your device camera
- Images submitted for AI editing or advertisement generation
- AI-generated images and advertisements
- Prompts, instructions, or other information you provide to request an AI generation or editing operation
PixelAd processes this information only as necessary to provide the features you request.
Device and Technical Information
PixelAd may collect limited technical information required to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the application, such as:
- Device type and operating system version
- Application version
- Basic diagnostic information
- Crash information
- IP address or other technical information transmitted as part of a network request
- Information necessary to maintain application security and reliability
Purchase Information
If you purchase subscriptions, credits, or other digital functionality through PixelAd, payments are processed through the applicable platform’s payment system, such as Apple’s App Store. PixelAd does not receive your complete payment card number.
Support Information
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or other information necessary to respond to your request.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information through:
- Information you voluntarily provide in the app
- Images you select or capture when using PixelAd features
- Information automatically transmitted when the application communicates with our servers
- Diagnostic and crash-reporting services, where enabled
- Information you provide when contacting customer support
- Information associated with purchases processed through the applicable app store
PixelAd only requests access to device data that is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
3. AI Image Processing
PixelAd provides AI-powered image generation and image-editing functionality.
When you request an AI feature, the image you select and the information required to process your request may be transmitted from the PixelAd application to PixelAd’s backend services and to the third-party AI service described below.
Data sent for AI processing
Depending on the feature you use, the following information may be sent:
- The image you selected or captured
- The prompt or instructions you provide
- AI generation or editing parameters required to fulfill your request
- Technical information required to process the request
Purpose of AI processing
This information is sent solely to process the AI operation you requested, such as creating, editing, transforming, or generating an advertisement image.
PixelAd does not use uploaded images to identify individuals, perform facial recognition, or create biometric profiles.
4. Third-Party AI Service
PixelAd uses ModelsLab as a third-party AI processing service for certain AI image-generation and image-editing features.
ModelsLab
Service provider: ModelsLab / M Studio AI Inc.
Purpose: AI image generation and image editing requested by the user.
Data shared: Depending on the requested feature, PixelAd may send the selected image, prompt or instructions, generation parameters, and information technically required to process the request.
Why the data is shared: ModelsLab processes the submitted information to provide the AI generation or editing operation requested by the user.
PixelAd does not share your image with ModelsLab for advertising or user profiling purposes.
ModelsLab’s published information states that its production AI API supports image and image-editing functionality and that image/audio data retention is disabled by default, with configurable retention options for enterprise customers. PixelAd will use the provider’s available privacy and retention controls applicable to the service configuration used by PixelAd.

5. AI Processing Consent
Before PixelAd sends your image to a third-party AI service for an AI operation that requires sharing your personal data, PixelAd provides an in-app disclosure explaining:
- What information will be shared
- Why the information will be shared
- The third-party service receiving the information
- How the information is handled
PixelAd requests affirmative user consent before transmitting the applicable personal data to the third-party AI service.
If you do not provide consent, PixelAd will not transmit the applicable image to the third-party AI service for that operation.
Your consent applies to future use of the applicable AI feature as described in the consent notice. If the purpose or third-party recipient materially changes, PixelAd may request consent again.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
PixelAd may use third-party service providers to operate and maintain the application.
These providers may include services used for:
- AI image processing
- Cloud infrastructure
- Image delivery or temporary storage
- Crash reporting
- Analytics
- Application security
- Customer support
- Payment processing
We only share information with a third-party provider when reasonably necessary for the provider to perform the service for PixelAd or when required by law.
Third-party providers that process user data on PixelAd’s behalf are expected to protect the information they receive and to provide protections consistent with the privacy commitments described in this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
PixelAd does not sell users’ personal information.
7. Image Storage and Retention
PixelAd is designed to minimize the retention of uploaded images.
Images may be temporarily stored on PixelAd-controlled infrastructure when necessary to:
- Upload and process an AI request
- Transfer an image to an AI processing service
- Retrieve the generated result
- Deliver the generated result to the application
- Resolve temporary technical failures
PixelAd deletes temporary images from PixelAd-controlled systems when they are no longer required for the requested processing operation, subject to technical limitations, security requirements, backups, or legal obligations.
Third-party providers may process or temporarily retain information according to their applicable service configuration, technical requirements, and contractual terms.
Where available, PixelAd uses provider settings designed to minimize unnecessary retention of user images.
8. Generated Images
AI-generated images are created in response to your requests.
Generated content may be temporarily processed or stored to allow PixelAd to deliver the result to you.
PixelAd does not claim ownership of your original uploaded images.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload images and use them with PixelAd.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
9. Camera and Photo Library
PixelAd may request access to your camera or Photo Library when you choose features that require an image.
Camera access is used to capture an image that you choose to process.
Photo Library access is used to allow you to select images for the requested PixelAd feature.
PixelAd does not access your entire Photo Library for unrelated purposes.
Where technically available, PixelAd may use Apple’s system photo picker so that you can select individual images without granting unnecessary access to your entire Photo Library.
10. Analytics and Diagnostics
PixelAd may use analytics or crash-reporting technologies to understand application performance, identify technical problems, and improve reliability.
Depending on the services used by PixelAd, this information may include:
- Application version
- Device type
- Operating system version
- Crash information
- Performance information
- Basic usage events
- Technical identifiers
Analytics and diagnostic information is used to maintain and improve PixelAd and is not used to identify the contents of your private images.
If PixelAd introduces or removes analytics or diagnostic providers, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
11. Advertising and Tracking
PixelAd does not sell your uploaded images or use them to create advertising profiles.
PixelAd does not use images selected through the Photo Library or Camera to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
If PixelAd introduces advertising or tracking technologies that require additional permissions, PixelAd will provide the applicable disclosures and permissions required by Apple and applicable law.
12. Purchases and Subscriptions
PixelAd may offer subscriptions, credits, or other digital purchases.
On iOS, purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and Apple’s applicable payment infrastructure.
PixelAd does not receive your complete payment card information through an App Store purchase.
Apple may provide PixelAd with limited transaction information necessary to verify purchases, subscriptions, or entitlement status.
13. Data Security
PixelAd takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Information transmitted between the application and PixelAd’s servers is protected using appropriate transport-security measures.
However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Data Retention
PixelAd retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Different types of information may have different retention periods.
Temporary uploaded images used for AI processing are intended to be deleted after the processing operation is completed and the images are no longer required.
Technical, diagnostic, transaction, or support information may be retained for longer when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, customer support, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational purposes.
When information is no longer required, PixelAd will delete it or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.
15. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request information about how your data is processed
- Withdraw applicable consent
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of certain information in a portable format
Some rights may be subject to legal or technical limitations.
16. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent for future AI processing by using the privacy controls provided within PixelAd, where available, or by contacting us.
Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that was already completed before the withdrawal.
If you withdraw consent for AI processing, some PixelAd AI features may no longer be available because those features require the transmission of an image to a third-party AI processing service.
17. Requesting Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of PixelAd.

Please include sufficient information for us to identify your request.
We may request reasonable verification before processing a deletion request to protect against unauthorized requests.
We will delete applicable personal information unless we are required or permitted by law to retain it.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
18. Children’s Privacy
PixelAd is not designed specifically for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to PixelAd without appropriate authorization, please contact us atsupport@pixelad.app.
We will take reasonable steps to investigate and delete the information where required.
19. User Responsibility and Third-Party Rights
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit images to PixelAd and to request their processing.
Do not upload images or other content that you do not have permission to use.
You should not use PixelAd to process or generate content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or PixelAd’s content guidelines.
PixelAd applies safety measures intended to prevent prohibited or inappropriate content, but automated AI systems may not always produce accurate results.
20. Third-Party Websites and Services
PixelAd may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Those third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies and terms.
PixelAd is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites that are not controlled by PixelAd.
For AI processing performed by ModelsLab, please refer to the provider’s applicable privacy policy and terms in addition to this Privacy Policy.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to PixelAd, our services, technology, legal requirements, or data-processing practices.
When we make material changes, we may provide additional notice through the application or other appropriate means.
The updated Privacy Policy will display a new “Last Updated” date.
If a material change requires additional user consent under applicable law or Apple’s requirements, PixelAd will request that consent before applying the new processing to the extent required.
